Church of England Advice concerning Coronavirus

                                                                           COVID 19 Coronavirus

Due to the current and increasing situation regarding the spread of Coronavirus the Church of England has told all parishes to suspend the sharing of the common cup (The Chalice) any form of touch (The Peace) and the use of Holy Water (The Scoop) we have also been advised to take preventative measures where possible to keep the more vulnerable of our congregation free from possible infection. We have therefore with much reluctance decided to suspend all evening and weekday services for the foreseeable future. We are however setting up a Skype worship community, the details on how to access will be followed up in next weeks Parish News. Whilst these measures are not what anyone would want our Archbishop has given direction and we must follow it.

With prayers from us all Reverend Emma & Reverend Tim.
